Hi, I'm Jennifer–the owner and usually the face behind the photos here at Jenny Pearls Boutique.  I'm 5'4", typically wear a size Medium in tops, and usually an 8 - 10 in jeans and pants.

I love showing you how our pieces look on a real person so you can get a better feel for the fit, length, and overall style before you order. If I'm modeling an item, I'll try to include any helpful fit notes in the product description too.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We hope you love every item you purchase from Jenny Pearl's Boutique and want you to be delighted with every item you purchase.  If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for credit under these guidelines:

• Items are returned for store credit only
• The customer is responsible for return shipping
• Item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt
• Once your return is processed, you will receive a gift card sent to the email we have on file
• Returned items must be in their original condition.  Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and original tags attached.  If things appear worn, have makeup, other stains, or smell of smoke, pet, or other odors, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible.  If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
• Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving items by emailing info@jennypearlsboutique.shop.  Please include a picture of the damaged merchandise.  Jenny Pearls Boutique is not responsible for items that have been damaged once worn or washed.
• Excessive returns: If you return more than 3 items per month, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• NON-ELIGIBLE Items: Any item purchased on sale or using a discount code of 15% or more, items not purchased through the official site, bras, bralettes, camis, basic tank tops, jewelry, and socks.
• Order cancellations: Any order cancellation requests must be emailed to info@jennypearlsboutique.shop.  All cancellations are for store credit only, and can only be processed if the order has not been processed and shipped.

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, and after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated.  For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at info@jennypearlsboutique.shop.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of item(s).  Store credit will be added to your account and applied to your next purchase(s).
